Using your mind muscle connection will help you to connect with your muscles better when doing exercises, the more you think about the muscles you need to use the better you will execute any exercise! My tip today is to encourage you to be more mindful about each movement you do in your sessions, rather than just doing the exercise. This way you will be working each muscle more effectively which will be ultimately much better for your results and your strength!
