My predictions on health trends in 2024!

I feel a huge shift in the mindset of everyone this year and I have made some predictions based on what my clients goals are and conversations I have had in the industry around what everyones focuses are!

1. Micronutrient focus! I feel a shift in this area, where we won’t just be tracking calories for fat loss and better health but being more aware of how many vitamins and minerals we are consuming so we thrive in all areas of our lives and improve on our energy levels. 

2.Not so fixated on fat loss, and more focused on consistency and less stress. Optimal health and building the habits instead of being so intensely focused on what the scale tells us. 

3.Mindful movement - not just prioritising HIIT and bikini body challenges but more mindful movement. Finally understanding that too much HIIT is not good for stress and anxiety, and cultivating a more mindful approach to how we move our body each day.

4. Focusing on less stress and mental health focused - People are setting goals for better mental health this year, not just fat loss, but to help them with depression or eliminating anxiety. More people are getting into their health for the mental side of things now, starting a nutrition plan and strength training routine for better mental health and clarity. WHICH IS INCREDIBLE! There is so much we can do to improve our mental health through lifestyle changes as well as nutrition and exercise.
